Stacy has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, primarily in the field of compliance.
Her responsibilities include all areas of compliance for SYKON Capital. She has worked with broker-dealers, investment advisors, and hybrids of the two at CitiGroup Smith Barney, D.A. Davidson, and M Securities. Prior to entering the securities industry, she was the Marketing Director at a northwest based real estate firm. She has earned and actively holds the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Profession (IACCP®) certification.
Her strong background in compliance, regulatory audits and her passion for organization are vital to her role as CCO. With the rare combination of having been both a compliance officer and a marketing professional, Stacy is able to integrate the worlds of regulation and the sharing of information in easy to understand communications.
Stacy is a proud native of Oregon. She and her husband reside in Portland, and their daughter attends the University of Oregon. They are an avid basketball family. Stacy is also obsessed with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. She is a patron of the Be Like Josh Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and advocacy of dogs with neurological disabilities.
